Youmna Baladi
Founder & Manager
Youmna Baladi is the founder of Tomorrow Teen Forum (TTF), an initiative dedicated to career/academic orientation and soft skills development for youth aged 12 to 18.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations with a specialization in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology from the University of Montreal.
Youmna began her professional journey at the age of 16, gaining extensive experience across various fields.
She has a strong background in education, with experience supporting both adults and youth, particularly at Eureka BBC and AUST. Her experience also includes human resources, recruitment, and training, where she played a key role at the Beirut Marriott Hotel. Additionally, she has a solid background in arts and project management, highlighted by the successful launch of her own art gallery.
Committed to continuous learning, she actively pursues workshops and certifications from renowned institutions in areas such as Training of Trainers, Leadership and Transformative Management, Negotiation Skills, Youth Coaching, and Public Speaking, among others, to stay up to date and consistently deliver high-quality content to her students.
With a strong background in leadership, Youmna was inspired to create Tomorrow Teen Forum through her personal experience: While her boys were in school, they struggled to decide what to study. They felt lost among numerous choices, unsure of how to prepare for their future or start university with confidence.
Understanding the unique challenges faced by Generation Alpha and Z, Youmna finds fulfillment in building trust and meaningful connections with today’s teenagers and youth. Her aim is to help the next generation thrive. She wants to empower them to be ready for their future and equip them with the skills to navigate both their professional and personal lives.

Youmna, a devoted mother of two boys, is deeply committed to understanding and shaping “the kids’ future.” Since the very beginning of Tomorrow Teen, she has been an active and passionate member. With her attentive, ever-present nature, unwavering positivity, and perceptiveness, Youmna tirelessly dedicates herself year-round to the well-being of others. This is Youmna.
Lisa Sofian
Head of the Sustainability Engagement Program
Lisa, is a dedicated and passionate citizen who has made sustainability her life’s mission. She co-founded SWIM (Sustainable Waste Intercity Lebanon) in 2021 together with Nabil Aouad to spread environmental awareness, promote a cleaner Lebanon, and inspire Lebanese citizens to adopt sustainability as a lifestyle. Through interactive campaigns that combine sports challenges and cleanup activities, Lisa is committed to encouraging mindset and behavioral change and fostering greater environmental consciousness among the public. Her Motto is “Sustainability begins with individual action and collective commitment.”

Christelle Youssef
Communication skills and Public speaking
Summer 1
Christelle Youssef is a passionate and experienced speech and voice therapist and a public speaking/communication skills consultant with diplomas and certificates from USJ and IE universities, with 10 years of experience.
She gives private sessions as well as corporate trainings.
She believes that public speaking and communication are skills everyone needs in everyday and professional life and are tools for self development.
Tina Rousse
Special Program 12-14 years
Summer 1
Tina is a marketing consultant with 24 years of experience. She supports brands as a strategic partner, helping them make clear marketing decisions, align their strategy with purpose, and build long-term trust that drives sustainable growth.
Tina holds 2 Masters: Business management (USJ) and Marketing (ESA).
Beyond her professional work, Tina has a strong ability to work with adolescents. She brings an approach that is both understanding and supportive, while remaining firm and fair creating a structured and positive learning environment.
Tina helps teenagers build confidence, essential skills, and clarity for their future.
This marks her 4th edition with Tomorrow Teen Forum.
Joumana El Debs Nahas
Law, Human Rights and Ethics
Summer 1
Joumana is a Lebanese lawyer, , and was the Head of the private law department at the Faculty of Law of La Sagesse University in Beirut, where she lectured from1999 2024.
She is as well a law professor at ESA Business School in Beirut since 2018.
She holds a PhD in constitutional law from the Faculty of Law at Saint-Joseph University. The topic of her thesis is: “Democracy at the test of the Lebanese consociational regime”, for which she won the Michel Edde Prize for the best thesis in public governance, in 2020.
Dr El Debs Nahas published a number of articles in Al Adl law review, as well as in local newspapers, and she has co-written the book “Chronicles in the margin of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon” with HE Prof Ibrahim Najjar in November 2011.
Marwan Atallah

Business Development and Lead Trainer at Tomorrow Teen Forum
Marwan is a Senior Certified Business Coach and Project management professional (PMP) with seven years of experience in project management and strategy consulting across industries like real estate, automotive, F&B, legal tech, and AI. At Tomorrow Teen Forum, he leads workshops that build essential soft skills in teens—like leadership, public speaking, stress management, and time management—alongside practical skills in business and entrepreneurship. His sessions equip teens with the confidence and tools to succeed in their future careers.
Beyond training, Marwan helps scale the TTF’s operations and strengthen its infrastructure, creating a lasting impact and growth for both the organization and its participants.
Myriam Farah
Engineering
Summer 1
Myriam, a mechanical engineer who graduated with honours from USJ, has four years of engineering experience and currently holds a position as a mechanical engineer at DAR Beirut. Her active involvement with “the Guides Association of Lebanon” since 2012 highlights her communication, management, and team-building skills.
Myriam is our youngest Head of Department, leading the Engineering department. In just her second year, she has proven to be an exceptional leader, exceeding expectations with her dedication and innovative approach. Her close connection with the students allows her to understand their perspectives, challenges, and aspirations. Her expertise and fresh way of thinking inspire them to explore the future jobs of engineering with curiosity and confidence.
Eric Mathieu Ritter
The World of Fashion
Summer 1
Eric is a Lebanese fashion designer and educator, and the founder of Emergency Room Beirut, a brand celebrated for its commitment to sustainability, upcycling, and social impact. Through his work, Ritter redefines contemporary fashion by merging craftsmanship, ethics, and storytelling rooted in Lebanon’s cultural landscape. Alongside his creative practice, he serves as the Program Director of Fashion Design at Académie Libanaise des Beaux-arts – ALBA, where he mentors the next generation of designers and advocates for a more conscious and locally grounded approach to design.
Micheline Nasrany
Media & Audio visual

With an outstanding track record and a strong academic foundation, Micheline Nasrany has established herself as a distinguished executive producer and format creator. She holds a BA in Audiovisual Studies from the University of St. Joseph (USJ) and a master’s degree in Media Studies (Television and Production Management) from Notre Dame University (NDU).
Bringing over 25 years of expertise in the audiovisual industry, Micheline has consistently delivered exceptional results across TV productions, documentaries, live events, and consultancy services. As a highly accomplished television producer, she has collaborated with both international and regional media companies, overseeing the creative process from concept to execution for high-profile formats. Micheline is University lecturer specialising in TV production and formats.
Dina Rizk
Architecture & Design
Summer 1
Dina is a multidisciplinary architect, restoration specialist, and PhD holder in Archaeology (Sorbonne – Paris I) with over 20 years of professional experience.
An expert in heritage conservation, large-scale architectural design, and construction management, she bridges historical sensitivity with contemporary innovative design, drawing on extensive experience across academic and consultancy roles.
Eliana Semaan Wannous
Medicine & Healthcare
Summer 1
Eliana is a registered nurse, a graduate of the Red Cross University in Baabda in nursing science, and holds a Simulation Diploma from Lebanese American University (LAU). She worked as a critical care nurse for 12 years at Saint George Hospital University Medical Center before transitioning into medical education, focusing on life support training and emergency care in collaboration with the American Heart Association. She is currently the Simulation Lab Manager at Saint George University of Beirut.
Maya Majdalani

Summer 1
Born in Lebanon, Maya grew up in France in a family of artists. Her father, Elie Majdalani, made a significant contribution to Lebanon’s artistic heritage, particularly through cinema posters and hand-painted advertising billboards.
Today, she is an art director and freelance illustrator, and she also teaches at ALBA. Her career has been marked by several distinctions, including the UNESCO First Prize for Comics, the Etisalat Prize for Children’s Literature, and a Pikasso d’Or. She offers creative services ranging from branding and editorial illustration to the creation of children’s books and comic books.

Carine Ghaddar is an art Psychotherapist with a background in architecture and a passion for emotional expression through creativity. Having lived between Beirut, Paris, and Cairo, her approach is shaped by diverse cultural experiences. She works with children and adults, creating safe and playful spaces where emotions can be explored, expressed, and transformed through art.
Lama Tamim Itani
Communication skills and Public speaking 12-14y
Summer 2
Lama Tamim Itani is a Transformative Youth Coach ACC and an ICF-accredited coach, certified trainer, and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and specializes in working with teenagers, young adults, and parents.
Through her work, she supports individuals navigating key life transitions—helping them build self-awareness, strengthen their sense of identity, and make decisions aligned with who they are. Her approach combines coaching with practical tools that empower young people to gain clarity, confidence, and direction.
She has been featured on MTV Lebanon, where she discussed topics related to youth motivation and development, and is an active member of the ICF Lebanon Chapter.
Elie Bekhazi

Elie Bekhazi’s first interest in photography began at age 5, inspired by a father passionate about painting, photography, and cinema. He studied Art Direction and Fine Arts at ALBA. Since 1992, he has built a successful career as a commercial photographer, with extensive experience spanning advertising campaigns, editorials, interiors, portraits, and food photography, collaborating with leading agencies and publications in the region.
Elie has also refined his expertise through teaching and leading seminars for art students at ALBA, AUC UPT, LAU, and ESAR. He has served as a jury member in several photography contests and contributed to collective photo books.
An active member of the Heartbeat NGO, Elie also integrates a strong social and human dimension into his work.
Photographer, Educator, and above all artist, he has participated in numerous exhibitions.
Dina el Rahi

Dina is a career guidance counselor and youth coach, dedicated to supporting young people in making informed academic and career choices. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Training Engineering for Trainers, and specializes in helping adolescents discover their strengths, interests, and potential. Through interactive and practical approaches, she empowers youth to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and design meaningful educational and professional pathways aligned with their goals.
Christel Dahdouh

Summer 2
Christel is an experienced English instructor at LAU and NDU, holding a Master’s degree in English Literature and over 15 years of experience teaching college-level English and business communication. She leads dynamic workshops that help teenagers develop a wide range of skills. Participants at Tomorrow Teen Forum enjoy her engaging sessions on AI, financial literacy, public speaking, and more…A passionate educator, Christel is dedicated to delivering interactive learning experiences

Dr. Jean Elia has over 11 years of experience as a university instructor. He believes that understanding money is one of the most important life skills and is passionate about turning complex financial ideas into simple, real-life lessons. His goal is to help young people become more confident, independent, and ready for their future.
