Youmna Baladi

Youmna Baladi

Founder & Manager

Youmna Baladi is the founder of Tomorrow Teen Forum (TTF), an initiative dedicated to career orientation and soft skills development for youth aged 12 to 18.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations with a specialization in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology from the University of Montreal.
Youmna began her professional journey at the age of 16, gaining extensive experience across various fields. 

She has a strong background in education, with experience supporting both adults and youth, particularly at Eureka BBC and AUST. Her experience also includes human resources, recruitment, and training, where she played a key role at the Beirut Marriott Hotel. Additionally, she has a solid background in arts and project management, highlighted by the successful launch of her own art gallery.

Committed to continuous learning, she actively pursues workshops and certifications from renowned institutions to stay up to date and deliver high-quality content to her students.
With a strong background in leadership, Youmna was inspired to create Tomorrow Teen Forum through her personal experience as a mother of three boys.

Understanding the unique challenges faced by Generation Alpha and Z, Youmna finds fulfillment in building trust and meaningful connections with today’s teenagers and youth.

Christelle Youssef

Communication skills and Public speaking

Christelle Youssef is a passionate and experienced speech and voice therapist and a public speaking/communication skills consultant with diplomas and certificates from USJ and IE universities, with 10 years of experience.
She gives private sessions as well as corporate trainings.
She believes that public speaking and communication are skills everyone needs in everyday and professional life and are tools for self development.

Tina Rousse

Special Program 12-13 years

Tina holds 2 Masters: Business management (USJ) and Marketing (ESA).
She teaches Marketing and Fashion business (ESMOD Beirut) as well as corporate communication (USJ)
Tina opened her own marketing agency: Tina Rousse Consultancy
It offers tailored marketing services to all types of businesses: marketing strategies, branding, digital and social media, bloggers and influencers outreach etc…

Moreover, Tina has experience in teaching adolescents effectively. Her contact with teenagers is understanding and supportive yet firm and fair

Joumana El Debs Nahas

Law, Human Rights and Ethics

Joumana is a Lebanese lawyer, and Head of the private law department at the Faculty of Law of La Sagesse University in Beirut, where she has been lecturing since 1999. She is as well a law professor at ESA Business School in Beirut since 2018.

She holds a PhD in constitutional law from the Faculty of Law at Saint-Joseph University. The topic of her thesis is: “Democracy at the test of the Lebanese consociational regime”, for which she won the Michel Edde Prize for the best thesis in public governance, in 2020.

Dr El Debs Nahas published a number of articles in Al Adl law review, as well as in local newspapers, and she has co-written the book “Chronicles in the margin of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon” with HE Prof Ibrahim Najjar in November 2011.

Marwan Atallah

Business development & Lead trainer at Tomorrow teen forum

Business Development and Lead Trainer at Tomorrow Teen Forum
Marwan is a Senior Certified Business Coach and Project management professional (PMP) with seven years of experience in project management and strategy consulting across industries like real estate, automotive, F&B, legal tech, and AI. At Tomorrow Teen Forum, he leads workshops that build essential soft skills in teens—like leadership, public speaking, stress management, and time management—alongside practical skills in business and entrepreneurship. His sessions equip teens with the confidence and tools to succeed in their future careers.

Beyond training, Marwan helps scale the TTF’s operations and strengthen its infrastructure, creating a lasting impact and growth for both the organization and its participants.

Myriam Farah

Engineering

Myriam, a mechanical engineer who graduated with honours from USJ, has four years of engineering experience and currently holds a position as a mechanical engineer at DAR Beirut. Her active involvement with “the Guides Association of Lebanon” since 2012 highlights her communication, management, and team-building skills.

Myriam is our youngest Head of Department, leading the Engineering department. In just her second year, she has proven to be an exceptional leader, exceeding expectations with her dedication and innovative approach. Her close connection with the students allows her to understand their perspectives, challenges, and aspirations. Her expertise and fresh way of thinking inspire them to explore the future jobs of engineering with curiosity and confidence.

Lisa Sofian

Head of the Sustainability Engagement Program 

Lisa, is a dedicated and passionate citizen who has made sustainability her life’s mission. She co-founded SWIM (Sustainable Waste Intercity Lebanon) in 2021 together with Nabil Aouad to spread environmental awareness, promote a cleaner Lebanon, and inspire Lebanese citizens to adopt sustainability as a lifestyle. Through interactive campaigns that combine sports challenges and cleanup activities, Lisa is committed to encouraging mindset and behavioral change and fostering greater environmental consciousness among the public. Her Motto is “Sustainability begins with individual action and collective commitment.”

HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION

Youmna, a devoted mother of two boys, is deeply committed to understanding and shaping “the kids’ future.” Since the very beginning of Tomorrow Teen, she has been an active and passionate member. With her attentive, ever-present nature, unwavering positivity, and perceptiveness, Youmna tirelessly dedicates herself year-round to the well-being of others. This is Youmna.

Micheline Nasrany

Media & Audio visual

With an outstanding track record and a strong academic foundation, Micheline Nasrany has established herself as a distinguished executive producer and format creator. She holds a BA in Audiovisual Studies from the University of St. Joseph (USJ) and a master’s degree in Media Studies (Television and Production Management) from Notre Dame University (NDU).
Bringing over 25 years of expertise in the audiovisual industry, Micheline has consistently delivered exceptional results across TV productions, documentaries, live events, and consultancy services. As a highly accomplished television producer, she has collaborated with both international and regional media companies, overseeing the creative process from concept to execution for high-profile formats. Micheline is University lecturer specialising in TV production and formats.

Nada Alameddine

Hospitality – Food & Beverage

Managing Partner at Hodema consulting services, which specializes in tourism, hospitality, real estate and retail in the Middle East and Africa and is a franchise expert. She garnered over 20 years of experience in various top management positions in the Sales & Marketing, Event Management, Food & Beverage and Nutrition & Food Technology at Marriott Hotels in Lebanon, Czech Republic and France and Hilton hotels in Lebanon and Egypt. She has been selected in 2018 among the 35 “influential women in hospitality in the Middle East region” by Hospitality News magazine.
She is a Professor at the Hotel Management School (IGE) of Saint-Joseph University in Lebanon.

Rayan Raidi

Visual Arts & Museum careers

Rayan is an innovative strategic & cultural management professional with experience in heritage, culture and education. As the museum program manager at BEMA , Rayan develops and implements educational programs that promote creativity and engagement. She is also an artist recognised for her labyrinth paintings that explore human connections & behaviour.
She holds an MBA & an MFA in visual Arts. Rayan combines her creativity and her strategic vision to drive meaningful engagement and inspire transformation. She is passionate about community and is dedicated to making arts and culture accessible to all lebanese Youth

Christiane Atik Samaha

Architecture & Design

Christiane is an architect specializing in interior design. She graduated in 1995 from ALBA (Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts) where she mastered the art of shaping volumes and light. However, her journey doesn’t end there. In her continuous pursuit of culture, self-development, and personal evolution, she has taken psychology courses at UPT and participated in numerous cultural workshops.

Her desire to capture beauty and moments led her to photography. Seeking a way to relax and focus her mind through art, she also turned to hand-building pottery, which taught her patience and the process of transforming raw materials into functional beauty.

Christiane believes in the potential of young generations, their hidden talents, and their aspirations. For her, choosing a career path is like designing a space—every detail matters, and each decision shapes the harmony of the whole.

To future participants, she says: “Together, we will make this summer camp a unique adventure, where every workshop is a key to unlocking your potential future.”

Ibrahim Abdo, MD

Medicine & Healthcare 

Ibrahim is specialist in Nephrology and Hypertension .
He is currently head of Nephrology department and Hemodialysis unit at Bellevue Medical Center.
He is assistant professor at Balamand University, Faculty of Medicine and Coordinator of medical students and residents at BMC.
He also worked in humanitarian field with International Medical Corps as Medical Advisor.
Along with his passion for Nephrology, Ibrahim also loves teaching medical students and healthcare workers in his team. He believes that both communication and teamwork are cornerstones of success.
He also managed to have a work-life balance since his early years in med school as, according to him, this is the key for a happy and fulfilling working life.
