  3. Engage the Audience: Practice techniques to capture attention, persuade, and inspire.
  4. Hands-On Practice: Deliver short speeches and presentations in a supportive environment.
  5. Final Showcase: Conclude with a powerful speech in front of parents—celebrating progress and preparing for real-life situations.

First aid

The main objective of First Aid training is to help an injured person before reaching the hospital.

Participants will learn how to properly clean and treat wounds.

They will practice CPR techniques to respond in emergency situations.

Guidance will also cover handling fractures, burns, and cases of shock. And more….

All sessions will be supervised and practiced with a certified Red Cross coach

    2. How to read your lessons effectively and benefit from your readings in a short time.
    3-What are the different types of memory and how to develop them.
    4-How to use mnemonic tools to properly encode information into memory.
    5-At what rhythm should lessons be repeated.
    6-What is the best method for revision.
    7-Which exercises help improve concentration and attention.
