Public speaking and communication skills
(In Person)

A practical and interactive course focused on speaking confidently in front of an audience. The goal: stand up, speak up, and present with confidence.

What teens learn

  • Prepare and deliver a presentation
  • Organise and express ideas clearly
  • Use voice projection and body language effectively
  • Maintain eye contact and engage an audience
  • Overcome stage fright and manage nervousness

At the end of the workshop participants will deliver a small speech/presentation

First aid (In Person)

Be Ready to Help

A 4-hour practical First Aid workshop designed to teach teenagers the essential knowledge and first responses needed when someone is injured or suddenly unwell.
Through practical demonstrations and hands-on learning, participants will learn how to respond to situations such as choking, CPR, bleeding, fractures, fainting, and other common emergencies.

The workshop focuses on knowing what to do, what not to do, and how to stay calm and act safely while waiting for professional medical help.

Financial literacy (In Person)

1. Understand the value of money, saving, and budgeting in daily life.
2. Learn how to manage personal income, allowances, and expenses.
3. Discover basics of banking, credit cards, and digital payments.
4. Explore investing, entrepreneurship, and the importance of financial planning.
5. Build smart habits to become financially responsible and independent.
6. Hands-on activities: real cases, financial projects, and presentations in class.

    English with Confidence – Conversational English (Online)

     

    For teens who understand English but hesitate to speak it.
    In small groups of 6 participants max, teens learn to speak naturally and confidently, without speeches, presentations, or homework.
    They will practise real conversations, asking questions, expressing opinions, telling stories, agreeing and disagreeing politely, handling everyday situations, and understanding different accents and speaking speeds.
    The focus is on speaking confidence, active listening, turn-taking, natural pronunciation, and spontaneous speaking

    After 15 hours, teens can express themselves more naturally, keep conversations going, handle mistakes and misunderstandings calmly, and speak without constantly translating in their heads or switching to Arabic or French.
