Youmna Baladi
Founder & Manager
Youmna Baladi is the founder of TTF, an initiative aimed at providing career orientation and developing soft skills for youth aged 12-18y.
With a strong background in leadership, Youmna was inspired to create the forum due to her personal experience as a mother of three boys.
“While my boys were in school, they didn’t know what to study. They felt lost with mixed choices, unsure of how to prepare for their future or begin university with confidence.”
Youmna believes that Generation Alpha and Z face unique struggles. She finds fulfillment in building trust and meaningful connections with tomorrow’s teenagers and youth.
“Helping the next generation thrive is my purpose . I want to empower them to be ready for their future and the challenges they will face in their business and personal life.”
Christelle Youssef
Communication skills and Public speaking
Christelle Youssef is a passionate and experienced speech and voice therapist and a public speaking/communication skills consultant with diplomas and certificates from USJ and IE universities, with 10 years of experience.
She gives private sessions as well as corporate trainings.
She believes that public speaking and communication are skills everyone needs in everyday and professional life and are tools for self development.
Tina Rousse
Special Program 12-13 years
Tina holds 2 Masters: Business management (USJ) and Marketing (ESA).
She teaches Marketing and Fashion business (ESMOD Beirut) as well as corporate communication (USJ)
Tina opened her own marketing agency: Tina Rousse Consultancy
It offers tailored marketing services to all types of businesses: marketing strategies, branding, digital and social media, bloggers and influencers outreach etc…
Moreover, Tina has experience in teaching adolescents effectively. Her contact with teenagers is understanding and supportive yet firm and fair

Sharbel Karam
Architecture & Design
Sharbel Karam is a Lebanese arts and culture professional with extensive experience in art education, design and cultural program design with an original background in architecture.
Over the past decade, he has taught in Beirut and Dubai, developing curricula that bridge arts and design with various academic subjects.
His collaborative projects have involved notable institutions such as Institut français, the French Embassy, USAID, the Danish Embassy and UNICEF and many artistic institutions based in Beirut.

Joumana El Debs Nahas
Law, Human Rights and Ethics
Joumana is a Lebanese lawyer, and Head of the private law department at the Faculty of Law of La Sagesse University in Beirut, where she has been lecturing since 1999. She is as well a law professor at ESA Business School in Beirut since 2018.
She holds a PhD in constitutional law from the Faculty of Law at Saint-Joseph University. The topic of her thesis is: “Democracy at the test of the Lebanese consociational regime”, for which she won the Michel Edde Prize for the best thesis in public governance, in 2020.
Dr El Debs Nahas published a number of articles in Al Adl law review, as well as in local newspapers, and she has co-written the book “Chronicles in the margin of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon” with HE Prof Ibrahim Najjar in November 2011.
Marwan Atallah

Marwan is a Senior Certified Business Coach and Project management professional (PMP) with seven years of experience in project management and strategy consulting across industries like real estate, automotive, F&B, legal tech, and AI. At Tomorrow Teen Forum, he leads workshops that build essential soft skills in teens—like leadership, public speaking, stress management, and time management—alongside practical skills in business and entrepreneurship. His sessions equip teens with the confidence and tools to succeed in their future careers.
Beyond training, Marwan helps scale the TTF’s operations and strengthen its infrastructure, creating a lasting impact and growth for both the organization and its participants.
Tamara Rbeiz
Medicine & Healthcare
Tamara is a Lebanese dentist who graduated in 2018 from Saint-Joseph University Beirut, Lebanon, and got her master’s degree in periodontology in 2022 from the same university.
Tamara is now working in a polyclinic alongside her mother, father, and brother, who are all dentists with different specialties. She is also a clinical instructor at the department of periodontology at Saint-Joseph University. She is part of the International Team of Implantology (ITI), a global association of professionals in implant dentistry. In this association, she gave several speeches, both local and international.
Along with her passion for periodontology, Tamara also loves volunteering. She volunteered in 2011 with TOUFOULA, a local Lebanese association for orphaned children, and she did several dental humanitarian missions to treat Syrian refugee children in Lebanon.
Myriam Farah
Engineering
Myriam, a mechanical engineer who graduated with honours from USJ, has three years of engineering experience and currently holds a position as a mechanical engineer at DAR Beirut.
Her active involvement with “the Guides Association of Lebanon” since 2012 highlights her exceptional leadership, communication, management, and team-building skills.
Lisa Sofian
Head of the Sustainability Engagement Program
Lisa, is a dedicated and passionate citizen who has made sustainability her life’s mission. She co-founded SWIM (Sustainable Waste Intercity Lebanon) in 2021 together with Nabil Aouad to spread environmental awareness, promote a cleaner Lebanon, and inspire Lebanese citizens to adopt sustainability as a lifestyle. Through interactive campaigns that combine sports challenges and cleanup activities, Lisa is committed to encouraging mindset and behavioral change and fostering greater environmental consciousness among the public. Her Motto is “Sustainability begins with individual action and collective commitment.”

With her attentive, ever-present nature, unwavering positivity, and perceptiveness, Youmna tirelessly dedicates herself year-round to the well-being of others. This is Youmna.
